The invention discloses a deep and narrow lug groove machining method. Matched drill bits, milling cutters and machining parameters are selected according to part materials and the length, width and depth size of a groove to be machined in a part; a drill bit is used for rough machining, and the large allowance of the to-be-machined groove is removed; a milling cutter is used for semi-finishing, so that the finishing allowance is uniform; and finally performing finish machining by using a milling cutter to form a final size. According to the method, the problems of cutter chatter, cutter breakage, part milling damage and the like caused by using a milling cutter with a large length-diameter ratio for full-edge cutting are avoided, special cutters such as a disc milling cutter do not need to be customized, and the method has the advantages of stable machining process, wide applicability and the like.
本发明公开了一种深窄耳片槽加工方法,根据零件材料以及零件上待加工槽的长、宽、深尺寸选择相匹配的钻头、铣刀和加工参数;使用钻头进行粗加工,去除待加工槽的大余量;使用铣刀进行半精加工,使精加工余量均匀;最后使用铣刀进行精加工,形成最终尺寸。本方法避免了使用大长径比铣刀进行满刃切削产生的刀具颤振、刀具断裂、铣伤零件等问题,而且无需定制盘铣刀等专用刀具,具有加工过程稳定、适用性广等优点。
