The invention discloses a motor control circuit, an active suspension system and a motor control method, and the motor control circuit comprises a main circuit which comprises a power supply device, a main circuit MOS, a filter capacitor and a motor which are sequentially connected in series and form a loop; and the pre-charging circuit comprises a pre-charging MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) and a pre-charging resistor which are connected in series, and the pre-charging circuit is connected with the main circuit MOS in parallel. A relay in the prior art is replaced with an MOS tube, namely, a main circuit MOS is arranged in a main circuit, a pre-charging MOS is arranged in a pre-charging circuit, and compared with the relay, the MOS has the advantages of being small in size, long in service life, resistant to vibration, integrated, fast in response, low in cost and the like; the pre-charging MOS and the pre-charging resistor are integrated in the motor controller, and the motor controller is used for switching on and switching off the pre-charging MOS, so that the situation that the super capacitor instantly releases high current to the motor filter capacitor, and the filter capacitor is damaged is avoided.

    本申请公开了一种电机控制电路、主动悬架系统及电机控制方法,其中电机控制电路包括:主电路,包括依次串联并形成回路的供电装置、主路MOS、滤波电容和电机;预充电路,包括串联连接的预充MOS和预充电阻,所述预充电路与所述主路MOS并联。通过将现有技术中的继电器更换为MOS管,即在主电路中设置主路MOS,在预充电路中设置预充MOS,其中,MOS相对于继电器具有体积小、寿命长、耐振动、集成化、响应快、成本低等优点;将预充MOS与预充电阻集成在电机控制器内部,由电机控制器进行预充MOS的通断,避免了超级电容会瞬间向电机滤波电容释放高电流,使滤波电容损坏。
