The invention discloses a civil aviation flight time configuration method for popular travel, and the method comprises the steps: firstly determining a multi-dimensional weight system for popular travel, and calculating the weight of each flight in the dimensions of a passenger type, an airline type, an airline type and a time type according to flight time application data; then, the weight of each dimension is synthesized, the contribution degree of flights to popular travel is evaluated, and the weight of each flight in flight time offset is determined; thirdly, establishing a civil aviation flight time configuration model oriented to popular travel, aiming at minimizing the total time offset amount with the weight and constraining the total time offset amount; and finally, solving the established flight time model in a Python environment by using a Gurobi solver so as to obtain a civil aviation flight time table oriented to popular travel. According to the civil aviation flight time configuration method, the civil aviation flight time configuration model for popular travel is established, the popular travel demand, the configuration efficiency and the fairness are balanced, and the operability of civil aviation flight time configuration is improved.

    本发明公开了一种面向大众化出行的民航航班时刻配置方法,首先确定面向大众化出行的多维度权重体系,根据航班时刻申请数据,计算各航班在旅客类型、航司类型、航线类型和时刻类型维度上的权重;然后综合各个维度权重,评估航班对大众化出行的贡献程度,确定各航班在航班时刻偏移中的权重;接着建立面向大众化出行的民航航班时刻配置模型,旨在最小化带权重的时刻偏移总量,并对其进行约束;最后运用Gurobi求解器在Python环境下求解建立的航班时刻模型,以获得面向大众化出行的民航航班时刻表。本发明建立一种面向大众化出行的民航航班时刻配置模型,平衡了大众化出行需求、配置效率和公平性,提高了民航航班时刻配置的可操作性。
