The invention provides a hazardous chemical substance vehicle transportation safety management and control system and method, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the hazardous chemical substance vehicle driving information of a hazardous chemical substance vehicle, and a barrier gate switch state signal and a signal lamp state signal of a preset key region, carrying out the analysis and judgment of the hazardous chemical substance vehicle driving information, obtaining real-time positioning information, and transmitting the real-time positioning information to a server; determining a barrier gate control strategy and a signal lamp control strategy according to the real-time positioning information, the barrier gate switch state signal and the signal lamp state signal, and performing linkage control on the barrier gate and the signal lamp according to the barrier gate control strategy and the signal lamp control strategy; and according to the real-time positioning information, the barrier gate switch state signal and the signal lamp state signal, constructing a three-dimensional model comprising the hazardous chemical substance vehicle, the camera, the barrier gate and the signal lamp, and according to the three-dimensional model, displaying the hazardous chemical substance vehicle, the camera, the barrier gate and the signal lamp in real time. The purpose of avoiding major production safety accidents is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种危化品车辆运输安全管控系统及方法,包括:获取危化品车辆的危化品车辆行驶信息,以及预设重点区域的道闸开关状态信号和信号灯状态信号,对危化品车辆行驶信息进行分析判断,得到实时定位信息,根据实时定位信息、道闸开关状态信号和信号灯状态信号,确定道闸控制策略和信号灯控制策略,根据道闸控制策略和信号灯控制策略对道闸和信号灯进行联动控制;根据实时定位信息、道闸开关状态信号和信号灯状态信号构建包括危化品车辆、摄像头、道闸和信号灯的三维立体模型,并根据三维立体模型对危化品车辆、摄像头、道闸和信号灯进行实时展示。本发明实现了杜绝重大生产安全事故的目的。
