The invention relates to a front-mounted manual reset mechanism which comprises a box body, a screw rod, a thrust sleeve, two clutch mechanisms and a rotary table rotationally arranged on the front portion of the box body, and the rotary table is provided with an inner ring matched with the thrust sleeve through an axial guide key and an outer ring exposed out of the box body and capable of being rotated by external force. By rotating the rotating disc in the designated direction, the rotating disc drives the thrust sleeve to rotate through a key, the thrust sleeve drives the thrust seat to rotate, the thrust seat drives the feed nut to rotate through end face teeth of the first clutch mechanism, the feed nut drives the lead screw to rotate, front-back movement of the brake head is achieved, and therefore manual reset of the brake mechanism can be achieved. According to the invention, the manual resetting mechanism is designed between the tread box body and the brake head for the first time, so that means resetting from the front end of the box body is realized. The appearance size of a product is not increased due to the manual reset mechanism, manual reset of the product is not affected by the space of a bogie, and the tread brake unit loaded with the manual reset mechanism can better meet the requirement for the light weight progress of metro vehicles.
本发明涉及一种前置式手动复位机构,包括:箱体、丝杆、推力套筒、两个离合机构和转动设置于箱体前部的转盘,转盘具有与推力套筒通过轴向的导向键配合的内圈和露出箱体外的可被外力转动的外圈。通过向指定方向转动转盘,转盘通过键驱动推力套筒旋转,推力套筒带动推力座旋转,推力座通过第一离合机构的端面齿带动进给螺母旋转,进给螺母带动丝杆旋转,实现闸瓦托前后运动,从而可实现制动机构的手动复位。本发明首次提出将手动复位机构设计在踏面箱体与闸瓦托之间,实现了从箱体前端进行手段复位。手动复位机构未造成产品外形尺寸增加,转向架空间不影响产品手动复位,使得装载有本机构的踏面制动单元能够更好适应地铁车辆轻量化进展的需要。
