The invention provides a polyurethane composition for filling, a non-pneumatic tire and a preparation method and application of the non-pneumatic tire, the polyurethane composition for filling comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises a combination of first polyether polyol, second polyether polyol, an aromatic hydrocarbon plasticizer and a chain extender, the component B comprises a combination of third polyether polyol, polyisocyanate and an aromatic hydrocarbon plasticizer; according to the polyurethane composition for filling, two polyether polyols with specific molecular weights are matched to serve as main raw materials of the component A, so that a non-pneumatic tire prepared by taking the polyurethane composition for filling as a filling material has excellent elasticity and strength, also has relatively low internal friction hysteresis and sinkage, can bear high load, and has a wide application prospect. And meanwhile, the non-pneumatic tire does not have obvious physical property deterioration phenomenon and oil leakage phenomenon in the use process, is excellent in load bearing and heat resistance, and is suitable for being used as an engineering tire.

    本发明提供一种填充用聚氨酯组合物、免充气轮胎及其制备方法和应用,所述填充用聚氨酯组合物包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括第一聚醚多元醇、第二聚醚多元醇、芳烃增塑剂和扩链剂的组合,所述B组分包括第三聚醚多元醇、多异氰酸酯和芳烃增塑剂的组合;采用两种特定分子量的聚醚多元醇进行搭配作为A组分的主要原料,使得所述填充用聚氨酯组合物作为填充材料制得的免充气轮胎具备优异的弹性和强度,且还具备较低的内耗迟滞性和下沉量,能够承受高负荷,同时所述免充气轮胎在使用过程中不会出现明显的物性劣化现象以及冒油现象,在承重和耐热方面均表现优异,适用于作为工程轮胎来使用。
