The invention discloses a telescopic aluminum alloy lifting arm structure and a welding method thereof.The lifting arm structure is of a nested telescopic structure formed by connecting multiple stages of box bodies in series, each stage of box body is defined by four reinforcing right-angle sectional materials, an upper top plate is fixedly connected between the two reinforcing right-angle sectional materials on the upper side of the box body, and the lower top plate is fixedly connected between the two reinforcing right-angle sectional materials on the lower side of the box body. A lower bottom plate is fixedly connected between the two reinforced right-angle section bars on the lower edge of the box body; the welding method comprises the steps that firstly, the two joints are welded; secondly, the right web is welded; thirdly, the joint to be welded is welded; fourthly, the welding assembly and the upper top plate are welded; fifthly, the joint to be welded is welded; sixthly, the to-be-welded joint on the other side is welded; seventhly, nondestructive testing is conducted on the welding seam; and eighthly, manufacturing of the lifting arm box is completed. The aluminum alloy lifting arm box has the beneficial effects that the lifting arm is light in weight, compact in structure and good in mechanical property, and the manufacturing quality and the production efficiency of the aluminum alloy lifting arm box are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种伸缩式铝合金举升臂结构及其焊接方法,举升臂结构是由数级箱体串接而成的嵌套伸缩结构,其中每级箱体均是由四条加强直角型材围设而成,其中箱体上边的两加强直角型材之间固连有上顶板,箱体下边的两加强直角型材之间固连有下底板;焊接方法为:第一步、对两条接缝进行焊接;第二步、将右腹板进行焊接;第三步、对此条待焊接缝进行焊接;第四步、焊接组合件与和上顶板进行焊接;第五步、对此条待焊接接缝进行焊接;第六步、对另一侧的待焊接缝进行焊接;第七步、对焊缝进行无损检测;第八步、完成举升臂箱体的制造。有益效果:举升臂具有重量轻,结构紧凑,力学特性好,极大的提高了铝合金举升臂箱体的制造质量和生产效率。
