The invention provides a railway front sling cart operation auxiliary system and a working method thereof. The system comprises a multi-dimensional composite detector, a central controller and a data processor, wherein the multi-dimensional composite detector integrates a visual sensor, a millimeter wave distance measuring sensor and a laser radar; judging whether the lifting appliance mounts the container or not according to the visual information acquired by the visual sensor; measuring the distance between the crane and the open wagon; judging whether a loading area is entered; when entering a loading area, carrying out three-dimensional scanning; extracting the three-dimensional point cloud of the open wagon and the container and the model of the container; calculating the center of the container, judging whether the center of the container is located in the center area of the open wagon, and feeding back in a virtual image form to assist an operator in hoisting operation. According to the method, the feedback speed of the obtained data is high, the method is not limited by data transmission of weather or satellite quality, the calculated amount is small, the response is fast, real-time data feedback is achieved, multi-dimensional data fusion display is utilized, relay fusion of the operation process and the multi-source detection equipment is also achieved, and the positioning result is more accurate.

    本发明提出了一种铁路正面吊装车作业辅助系统及其工作方法,该系统包括将视觉传感器、毫米波测距传感器和激光雷达集成为一体的多维复合探测器、中控器和数据处理器;根据视觉传感器获取的视觉信息判断吊具是否挂载集装箱;测量吊车与敞车的距离;判断是否进入装载区;当进入装载区时,进行三维扫描;提取敞车和集装箱三维点云以及集装箱型号;计算集装箱中心,判断集装箱中心是否位于敞车中心区域,并以虚拟图像形式反馈,辅助操作人员进行吊装作业。本申请获取的数据反馈速度快,不受天气或卫星质量的数据传输限制,计算量少,反应快,实现了数据实时反馈,利用多维数据融合显示,也实现了作业流程与多源探测设备的接力融合,定位结果更精准。
