The invention provides a hydraulic control system and method for a hydraulic grab bucket, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic grab bucket control. A motor is connected with a variable displacement piston pump through a coupler, and the variable displacement piston pump is connected with an oil tank; an oil inlet of the hydraulic control module is connected with the variable plunger pump through a hydraulic oil pipe, an oil return port is connected with the oil tank, a first control port of the hydraulic control module is connected with closed ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders, a second control port is connected with open ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders, and piston rods of the hydraulic oil cylinders are connected with bucket petals of the grab bucket. The motor drives the variable displacement piston pump to convey to the hydraulic control module; the hydraulic control module enables hydraulic oil to push the piston rod to drive the bucket flap to close the grab bucket when receiving a closing instruction, enables the hydraulic oil to flow into the hydraulic oil cylinders to enable the piston rod to drive the bucket flap to retract to open the grab bucket when receiving an opening instruction, and keeps a standby state when not receiving the closing instruction or the opening instruction. The device has the beneficial effects of no need of manual operation, simplicity in operation, flexibility and usability.

    本发明提供一种液压抓斗的液压控制系统及方法,涉及液压抓斗控制技术领域,包括:电机通过联轴器连接变量柱塞泵,变量柱塞泵连接油箱;液压控制模块的进油口通过液压油管连接变量柱塞泵,回油口连接油箱,液压控制模块的第一控制口连接多个液压油缸的闭合端,第二控制口连接各液压油缸的打开端,各液压油缸的活塞杆连接抓斗的斗瓣;电机带动变量柱塞泵向液压控制模块输送;液压控制模块在接收到闭合指令时使液压油推动活塞杆带动斗瓣以使得抓斗闭合,在接收到打开指令时使液压油流入各液压油缸使活塞杆带动斗瓣回缩以使得抓斗打开,以及在未接收到闭合指令或打开指令时,抓斗保持待机状态。有益效果是无需手动,操作简单,具有灵活性和易用性。
