The invention relates to a polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace hoisting method which comprises the following steps: after equipment is unloaded, a coil pipe and a chassis of a reduction furnace are split, and the chassis is turned over, transported and hoisted in place; before the bell jar is turned over, a bell jar turning-over lifting lug is fixedly connected to the edge of a flange at the tail of the bell jar, the head of the bell jar is connected with a main crane through a welded lifting lug, the lifting lug at the head of the bell jar is connected with an auxiliary crane, the bell jar is turned over through cooperation of the two cranes, and then the bell jar is hoisted in place through the main crane. According to the method, the reduction furnace is hoisted by adopting a multi-machine matched turnover hoisting method, excessive cross construction with civil engineering can be realized, the hoisting efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened. The bell jar turnover lifting lug can protect the precision of the flange face of the equipment body and prevent the flange face from deforming in the equipment turnover process.

    本发明涉及一种多晶硅还原炉吊装方法,设备卸车后将还原炉的盘管和底盘拆分,将底盘翻身并将其运输、吊装就位;然后将钟罩翻身并吊装就位,钟罩翻身前,在钟罩尾部法兰边缘固定连接钟罩翻身吊耳,钟罩头部利用已焊接好的吊耳,钟罩头部的吊耳连接主吊车,钟罩翻身吊耳连接辅吊车,两台吊车配合实现钟罩翻身,然后由主吊车将钟罩吊装到位。本发明采用了“多机配合翻身起吊法”吊装还原炉,能够与土建过多的交叉施工,提高了吊装效率并缩减工期。采用钟罩翻身吊耳能够在设备翻身过程中,保护设备本体法兰面精度,防止其变形。
