The invention relates to a container ship cargo hold ventilation system and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of ship air conditioner ventilation, the container ship cargo hold ventilation system comprises a gradually-shrinking main air pipe penetrating through a cold box position, an air supply and exhaust static pressure box arranged at the top of the gradually-shrinking main air pipe, a reversible fan arranged between the gradually-shrinking main air pipe and the air supply and exhaust static pressure box, and a branch air pipe arranged on the gradually-shrinking main air pipe; the tapered main air pipe is provided with a plurality of sections and is correspondingly provided with a plurality of main air pipe air valves and branch air pipes, branch air pipe air valves are arranged on the branch air pipes, and adjustable air supply grilles are arranged at the tail ends of the branch air pipes; each section of tapered main air pipe is provided with a main air pipe section air volume and air pressure probe; the flexible displaceable branch air pipe is provided with a branch air pipe section air volume and air pressure probe; uniform air supply of the tail end is automatically achieved through multi-stage adjustment, and the air volume of the tail end can be more accurately and rapidly adjusted to meet the design requirement. The device can cope with different stacking working conditions of the cold boxes, and under the condition that the high and low positions of the cold boxes are variable, the air supply amount of each branch pipe can still be close to about 4500 m < 3 >/h through automatic adjustment of the air quantity adjusting system.

    本发明涉及一种箱船货舱通风系统及控制方法,属于船舶空调通风技术领域,其包括穿设冷箱位的渐缩主风管、设于渐缩主风管顶部的送排风静压箱、设于渐缩主风管与送排风静压箱之间的可逆风机、以及设于渐缩主风管上的支路风管;渐缩主风管设为多段且对应设有多个主风管风阀和支路风管,支路风管上设有支路风管风阀,末端设有可调送风格栅;每段渐缩主风管设有总风管段风量风压探头;柔性可移位支路风管设有支路风管段风量风压探头;本发明通过多级调节自动实现末端的均匀送风,可以更精确快速调整末端风量达到设计要求。本发明可应对冷箱的不同堆垛工况,在冷箱高低位置多变的情况下,仍能通过风量调节系统的自动调节使各支管送风量接近4500m3/h左右。
