The invention relates to a ship contact type measuring device in a marine environment, which belongs to the technical field of hull characteristic parameter detection, and comprises an underwater unmanned vehicle, the upper surface wall of the underwater unmanned vehicle is fixedly connected with a wing plate used for providing lift force for the underwater unmanned vehicle, and the upper surface wall of the wing plate is fixedly provided with a support frame used for abutting against the bottom of a ship. A sensor assembly for monitoring ship information is fixed on the wing plate; the wing plate comprises a central wing and two outer wings, and the two outer wings are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the central wing in the X direction; the two outer wings are rotationally connected to the central wing, the rotating axes of the outer wings are in the X direction, and driving assemblies for driving the outer wings to rotate are arranged on the wing plates. The device can be used for detecting the ship body with high accuracy, small information loss and no detection blind area, and is not influenced by weather.
