The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle cooling, and discloses a spraying evaporation system for a hydrogen fuel vehicle, which comprises a hydrogen fuel cell, a cooling liquid outlet of the hydrogen fuel cell is connected with an inlet of a radiator through a cooling liquid pump, and an outlet of the radiator is connected with a cooling liquid inlet of the hydrogen fuel cell. A water vapor outlet of the hydrogen fuel cell is connected with a water storage tank assembly through a first filter, the water storage tank assembly is connected with a spraying grating through a second filter and a water pump, a nozzle of the spraying grating faces the radiator, and a cooling fan is arranged on the other side of the radiator. The invention further discloses a control method of the spray evaporation system for the hydrogen fuel vehicle. According to the spraying evaporation system for the hydrogen fuel vehicle and the control method of the spraying evaporation system, water generated during working of a hydrogen fuel cell is collected, liquid water is subjected to phase change after being evaporated and vaporized, heat of the environment is absorbed, the temperature passing through the surface of a radiator can be reduced, and the requirement for improving the heat exchange performance of the radiator is met.
本发明涉及氢燃料电池车辆冷却技术领域,公开了一种用于氢燃料车的喷淋蒸发系统,包括氢燃料电池,氢燃料电池的冷却液出口经过冷却液泵连有散热器的进口,散热器的出口与氢燃料电池的冷却液进口相连,氢燃料电池的水气出口经过第一过滤器连有储水箱总成,储水箱总成经过第二过滤器和水泵连有喷淋格栅,喷淋格栅的喷嘴朝向散热器,散热器的另一侧设有冷却风扇。本发明还公开了一种用于氢燃料车的喷淋蒸发系统的控制方法。本发明用于氢燃料车的喷淋蒸发系统及其控制方法,收集氢燃料电池工作产生的水,利用液态水蒸发汽化后发生相变,吸收环境的热量,可降低通过散热器表面的温度,达到提升散热器换热性能的需求。
