The invention discloses a vehicle air conditioner direct-current power supply device and a control method. A direct-current contactor controls the output of a direct-current power supply of the vehicle air conditioner direct-current power supply device; the shunt is responsible for collecting output current of the vehicle air conditioner direct current power supply device; the insulation detection module performs electric leakage detection on the direct-current power supply output by the power supply module; the direct-current electric energy meter measures the electric energy of the direct-current power supply output by the direct-current contactor and calculates the electric energy consumed by the vehicle air conditioner; the control unit is used for starting and stopping the direct current power supply device of the vehicle air conditioner according to a received control signal of the vehicle air conditioner and carrying out communication and output control on the power supply module; and data acquisition is carried out on the insulation detection module and the DC electric energy meter, and the acquired data is transmitted to the display screen to be displayed. The problem that the vehicle air conditioner depends on power supply of a vehicle-mounted direct-current power source is solved, the vehicle air conditioner direct-current power supply device can be used for independently supplying power to the vehicle air conditioner, and great convenience is brought to testers.

    一种车用空调直流供电装置及控制方法,直流接触器控制车用空调直流供电装置直流电源的输出;分流器负责采集车用空调直流供电装置输出电流的采集;绝缘检测模块对电源模块输出的直流电源进行漏电检测;直流电能表对直流接触器输出的直流电源进行电能计量,计算车用空调所消耗的电能;控制单元根据接收到车用空调的控制信号,对车用空调直流供电装置进行启停,并对电源模块进行通讯及输出控制;并对绝缘检测模块、直流电能表进行数据采集,将采集到的数据传输至显示屏进行显示。本发明解决了车用空调对车载直流电源供电的依赖,可利用车用空调直流供电装置单独对车用空调进行供电,给测试人员带来了极大的便利。
