The invention discloses an active intelligent parking charging system based on the Internet of Vehicles. The system comprises a detection module which detects a parking space vacancy state, starting time and positioning data of each parking space in a parking area; the identification module identifies and obtains an off-location index of the vehicle in the parking line of each parking space; the analysis module performs analysis to obtain a congestion index of the vehicle on the parking road section; the vehicle networking module sends the starting time, the positioning data, the parking area and the congestion index to the server; the calculation unit calculates the route distance between the vehicle and each parking space; the establishing unit establishes a parking space optimizing model according to the route distance, the starting time, the off-location index and the congestion index, and subtracts the parking space score from a preset optimal score to obtain a score deviation function; the optimization unit calculates to obtain a function minimum value of the score deviation function, and the corresponding parking space is used as an optimal parking space; the generation unit generates an optimal parking path according to the positioning data and the optimal parking space. The method assists the user in quickly completing parking.

    本发明公开了一种基于车联网的主动式智慧停车收费系统,包括:检测模块检测停车区域内各停车位的车位空缺状态、启动时间、定位数据;识别模块识别得到车辆在各停车位的停车线内的离位指数;分析模块分析得到车辆在停车路段的拥堵指数;车联网模块将启动时间、定位数据、停车面积和拥堵指数发送至服务器;计算单元计算得到车辆距离各停车位的路线距离;建立单元根据路线距离、启动时间、离位指数和拥堵指数建立车位寻优模型,将车位分值与预设的最佳分数做差得到分数偏差函数;寻优单元计算得到分数偏差函数的函数最小值,对应的停车位作为最优车位;生成单元根据定位数据与最优车位生成最优停车路径。本发明协助用户快速完成停车。
