According to the method, the fuel consumption of all vehicles in the motorcade and the difference between the instantaneous motion state and the ideal motion state at the parking line of the intersection of the intelligent networked vehicle can be selected as an optimization objective function at the same time, and the energy consumption of all vehicles can be optimized while the passing efficiency of the intersection of the motorcade is improved through online prediction and rolling optimization.
