The invention discloses an approximate hull profile optimization method, which comprises the steps of initializing population individuals by a genetic algorithm, the individuals being composed of ship main scale parameters; main scale parameters of the individuals are fixed, and then uncertain factor optimization is carried out by adopting a leapfrog algorithm so as to express the total resistance value of the individuals; a deep belief network algorithm is adopted to accurately evaluate the hydrodynamic performance; and performing selection, crossover and mutation operation on the genetic algorithm, continuously updating individuals, ending optimization when the genetic algorithm meets a termination condition, and outputting an optimal ship main scale parameter value. The invention further discloses an approximate hull profile optimization device comprising a genetic algorithm initialization module, an uncertain factor optimization module, an operation module and a cyclic output module. According to the method, the resistance prediction precision and the overall optimization efficiency of the ship in waves can be improved, the optimal ship type can bear smaller resistance in different environmental parameters, drafts and ship speeds by considering optimization of ship parameters and environmental parameter factors, and the applicability is higher.

    本发明公开了一种近似船体型线优化方法,包括由遗传算法初始化种群个体,个体由船舶主尺度参数构成;固定个体的主尺度参数然后采用蛙跳算法进行不确定因素优化,以表达个体的总阻力值;采用深度信念网络算法对水动力性能进行精确评估;对遗传算法进行选择、交叉、变异操作并不断更新个体,在遗传算法满足终止条件时结束优化并输出最优船舶主尺度参数值。本发明还公开了包含遗传算法初始化模块、不确定因素优化模块、操作模块以及循环输出模块的近似船体型线优化装置。本发明能够提高船舶在波浪中的阻力预测精度和整体优化效率,考虑船舶参数和环境参数因素的优化能够使得最佳船型在不同的环境参数、吃水和船速中能受到更小的阻力,适用性更强。
