The invention provides a turbine blade joggle joint part high-low cycle composite fretting fatigue test device and method, and belongs to the technical field of aero-engine blade strength and fatigue performance testing. The device comprises a self-balancing force bearing piece composed of a self-force-bearing frame and an extension support, and a low-frequency centrifugal force loading actuator cylinder, a high-frequency aerodynamic load loading vibration table, a high-low cycle load decoupling clamp and a joggle joint part simulation test piece which are located in the self-force-bearing frame. According to the invention, low-cycle centrifugal force and high-cycle aerodynamic load can be decoupled, and meanwhile, temperature load can be applied to simulate the working environment of a test piece, which is closer to the real service condition of the joggle joint part of the engine blade and the stress field distribution in the actual working environment, and combined decoupling loading and synchronous coordination control can be carried out on various loads; and the self-bearing frame is adopted to balance high and low cycle loads, is simple and easy to implement, can be flexibly moved and fixed, and has universal applicability to different test sites.

    本发明提供一种涡轮叶片榫接部位高低周复合微动疲劳试验装置及方法,属于航空发动机叶片强度及疲劳性能测试技术领域。该装置包括:由自承力框架和延伸支架组成的自平衡承力件,以及位于自承力框架内部的低频离心力加载作动筒、高频气动载荷加载振动台、高低周载荷解耦夹具、榫接部位模拟试验件。通过本发明可以解耦低周离心力与高周气动载荷,同时可以施加温度载荷模拟试验件工作环境,更接近发动机叶片榫接部位的真实服役工况与实际工作环境下的应力场分布,能对多种载荷进行联合解耦加载与同步协调控制;且采用自承力框架平衡高低周载荷,简单易实施,可以灵活移动和固定,对不同试验场地具有普遍适用性。
