The invention discloses a monitoring device for dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) in an artificial fish reef area, belongs to the technical field of ocean monitoring, and particularly relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle assembly, a negative pressure assembly and a rolling water taking assembly are correspondingly arranged below the unmanned aerial vehicle assembly, and a water taking column, a first spring, a sliding sleeve and an adjusting piece are arranged in a water taking piece; a first compression part, a second compression part and a spraying head are arranged below the unmanned aerial vehicle assembly; according to the monitoring device disclosed by the invention, the water taking column in the water taking piece can be more stable, and errors caused by instability of the water taking column and instability of waste of water around the water taking column during liquid taking are avoided; the influence on the water inlet fluency in the sampling process and the influence on the sampling water quality due to the normal flowing of surrounding water flow in the sampling process can be avoided; the counterweight can be increased through water inflow of the first compression part and the second compression part, and water can be squeezed out to cool the unmanned aerial vehicle and the water taking part.
