The invention relates to the technical field of air cylinder lifting equipment, and discloses an air cylinder structure for synchronous lifting, which comprises at least two air cylinder assemblies, each air cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder body, a piston and a piston rod, the piston and the piston rod are arranged in the cylinder body, the piston rod is in vertical sliding fit with the cylinder body, a rack is arranged on the piston rod, a gear is arranged in the cylinder body, and the gear is arranged on the rack. The gears are meshed with the racks, transmission rods are arranged between the adjacent air cylinder assemblies, and the two ends of each transmission rod extend into the corresponding cylinder body and are fixedly connected with the gears in the cylinder body. According to the air cylinder structure for synchronous lifting, the problem that in the synchronous lifting process of multiple air cylinders, due to the different lengths of air pipes or the airflow stability factor, synchronous difference is caused is solved.
