The invention relates to a load stall self-locking hydraulic system which comprises an oil tank, a closed hydraulic pumping device and a closed hydraulic execution device, the closed hydraulic execution device is driven by the closed hydraulic pumping device, and a closed hydraulic loop is formed; the balance valve is mounted between the oil outlet of the closed hydraulic execution device and the oil inlet of the closed hydraulic pumping device; a first oil port of the first reversing valve is communicated with the pilot oil port of the balance valve, and the first reversing valve is operably configured to control the working state of the balance valve so as to control the opening and closing of an oil discharge port of the closed hydraulic execution device, so that the working state of the closed hydraulic execution device is changed. Pressurized fluid is provided for or discharged from the pilot oil port of the balance valve through the first reversing valve, so that the working state of the balance valve is changed, the speed of the closed type hydraulic execution device is adjusted or the closed type hydraulic execution device stops rotating, and the situation that the body health of workers is damaged or damaged due to load falling is prevented.
