The invention provides a fiber-reinforced ceramic-based wave-transparent component and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of spaceflight wave-transparent materials, through method improvement and material improvement, high-temperature-resistant ceramic fiber gridding cloth is directly woven in a mold, and high-temperature-resistant slurry with matched thermal expansion coefficients is injected into the fiber gridding cloth to prepare a matrix; the method can overcome the cracking problem caused by thermal expansion stress, can improve the strength and toughness of the prepared component, can prepare different special-shaped wave-transparent components, and is especially suitable for preparation of aircraft wave-transparent components such as radomes and antenna windows.

    本发明提出一种纤维增强陶瓷基透波构件及其制备方法,涉及航天透波材料领域,通过方法改进和材料改进,直接在模具内编织耐高温陶瓷纤维网格布,并在纤维网格布上注入热膨胀系数匹配的耐高温浆料制成基体,能够克服热膨胀应力导致的开裂问题,能够提高所制备的构件的强度和韧性,而且能够制备不同的异形透波构件,尤其适用于飞行器透波构件如天线罩、天线窗的制备。
