The invention belongs to the technical field of unmanned warehouse logistics, and particularly relates to a portal fork device and a forklift, in particular to a crawler-type unmanned cross-country stacking forklift which comprises an upper frame with two vertical rails, a lower frame with two vertical rails, a lifting mechanism and a lifting mechanism. A through hole is formed in the middle of the rectangular floating carriage; the rotating part is mounted in the through hole of the floating carriage; the transverse moving sliding frame is fixedly connected with the rotating part; the pallet fork assembly is connected with the transverse moving carriage in a left-right sliding manner; the automatic positioning equipment is mounted on the pallet fork; the two floating lifting parts are used for lifting and leveling; and the control module is used for controlling the leveling action according to the received instruction. The problem that an existing unmanned stacking forklift cannot conduct automatic leveling of left-right swing of a pallet fork under the condition that a road is bumpy is effectively solved.
