The invention belongs to the field of hoisting machinery, and discloses a tower crane and a mounting method thereof.The tower crane comprises a bottom frame, a tower body, a balance system and a variable-amplitude hoisting system.The balance system comprises a balance mast, a balance weight assembly and a balance cable, the front end of the balance mast is connected to the top end of the tower body, and the balance weight assembly comprises a balance weight body arranged on the bottom frame; the upper and lower ends of the balance cable are respectively connected with the rear end of the balance mast and the counterweight assembly; the variable-amplitude lifting system comprises a variable-amplitude lifting arm, a variable-amplitude mast, an arm rod connecting cable and a mast connecting cable, the lower end of the variable-amplitude lifting arm and the lower end of the variable-amplitude mast are hinged to the top end of the tower body respectively, and the two ends of the arm rod connecting cable are connected with the upper end of the variable-amplitude lifting arm and the upper end of the variable-amplitude mast respectively; and two ends of the mast connecting cable are respectively connected with the upper end of the variable-amplitude mast and the rear end of the balance mast. According to the tower crane, the bending moment of the tower body can be eliminated, and the strength requirement of the tower body is effectively lowered.

    本发明属于起重机械领域,公开了一种塔吊及其安装方法,该塔吊包括:底架、塔身、平衡系统和变幅起重系统,其中,平衡系统包括平衡桅杆、平衡重组件和平衡索,平衡桅杆的前端连接于塔身顶端,平衡重组件包括设置在底架上的平衡重本体,平衡索的上下两端分别连接平衡桅杆的后端和平衡重组件;变幅起重系统包括变幅起重臂、变幅桅杆、臂杆连接索和桅杆连接索,变幅起重臂的下端和变幅桅杆的下端分别铰接于塔身顶端,臂杆连接索的两端分别连接变幅起重臂的上端和变幅桅杆的上端,桅杆连接索可收放设置且两端分别连接变幅桅杆的上端和平衡桅杆的后端。本发明的塔吊能够实现塔身弯矩的消除,有效降低塔身强度要求。
