The invention provides a non-impact reusable locking and unlocking device, relates to a locking and unlocking device of a space motion mechanism, and aims to solve the technical problems that an existing locking and unlocking device is large in impact, prone to seriously influencing the posture and precision of a motion part and incapable of being reused on orbit. The stepping motor and the planetary reducer drive the sliding screw to conduct rigid locking and unlocking, and the output shaft of the planetary reducer and the sliding screw connecting base are matched through the sliding groove and the sliding rail, so that mutual engagement can be achieved to conduct circumferential rotation, and mutual axial sliding can also be achieved. According to the invention, the repeated use requirements of on-orbit locking and unlocking of the moving part are met. Under the condition that the locking device is the same in size and weight, the output torque is amplified through the high reduction ratio of the planetary reducer, and the impact force in the locking and unlocking process can be relieved.

    本发明提供一种无冲击可重复使用锁紧解锁装置,涉及空间运动机构锁紧解锁装置,以解决现有锁紧解锁装置冲击大,容易对运动部件的姿态及精密度产生严重影响,以及在轨无法重复使用的技术问题。本发明通过步进电机和行星减速器带动滑动螺杆进行刚性锁定和解锁,行星减速器的输出轴与滑动螺杆连接座之间通过滑槽和滑轨配合,可以实现相互咬合做周向转动,又可以相互做轴向滑动。本发明满足运动部件在轨锁定及解锁的重复使用需求。在锁定装置相同体积及重量的情况下,通过行星减速器的高减速比对输出力矩进行放大,可以减缓锁定和解锁过程中的冲击力。
