The invention provides a propeller and water area movable equipment. The propeller comprises a machine shell, a motor, a driving assembly and a heat dissipation plate. The machine shell comprises a first shell body located on the water surface and a second shell body at least partially located below the water surface. The motor is arranged on the second shell and used for driving the propeller to rotate, and the motor is provided with a first stator winding and a second stator winding. The driving assembly is arranged on the first shell and comprises a first driver and a second driver which are electrically connected with the first stator winding and the second stator winding respectively and used for driving the motor to operate. The heat dissipation plate is arranged on the first shell and provided with a heat dissipation inner cavity allowing cooling liquid to pass through, the outer surface of the heat dissipation plate comprises a first heat dissipation face and a second heat dissipation face which are oppositely arranged, the first driver is thermally coupled to the first heat dissipation face, the second driver is thermally coupled to the second heat dissipation face, and therefore the heat dissipation efficiency is improved. The second shell is provided with a heat exchange flow channel, at least part of the heat exchange flow channel is located below the water surface so as to exchange heat with the surrounding water environment, and the heat dissipation inner cavity of the heat dissipation plate communicates with the heat exchange flow channel.
