The design and use method comprises the following steps that a land slide way is placed, and a barge leans against a wharf; fixing a barge rocker arm, placing a steel slideway on a deck, and placing a guide sliding block at the rear end of a tail section slideway; the deck is welded with a bow fixing part which is integrally welded with the tail section slideway; the tail of the barge leans against a wharf and is moored, dragging structures and steel strand traction systems are arranged on the two sides of the large sliding shoes, and jacket boosting jacks are installed at the tops of the small sliding shoes and the large sliding shoes; a temporary supporting platform is arranged between the large sliding shoes and the small sliding shoes for placing a power station; adjusting the load of the barge to keep the top surfaces of the slideways flush, and starting the pulling force at the big and small sliding shoes and the boosting jack to drag and load the jacket according to preset ballasting steps; after dragging is finished, a bow and a stern extend out of the bottom and the top of the jacket respectively, and the jacket is welded and fixed and prepared to leave the port; according to the invention, shipping and marine transportation of the ultra-large deepwater jacket can be realized.
本发明公开了一种超大型导管架装船拖拉系统设计及使用方法,其包括以下步骤:摆放陆地滑道,驳船傍靠码头;固定驳船摇臂、甲板摆放钢制滑道,末节滑道后端摆放导向滑块;甲板焊接船头固定,固定与末节滑道焊接为一体;驳船尾靠码头并系泊,大滑靴两侧布置拖拉结构和钢绞线牵引系统,小滑靴和大滑靴顶部处安装导管架助推千斤顶;在大滑靴小滑靴中间设置临时支撑平台放置动力站;驳船调载,使滑道顶面保持平齐,启动大小滑靴处的拉力和助推千斤顶按照预设的压载步骤进行导管架拖拉装船;拖拉结束后导管架底部和顶部分别探出船头和船尾,导管架焊接固定,准备出港;本发明可以实现超大型深水导管架的装船和海上运输。
