The invention provides a rail transit vehicle C-shaped city area vehicle sleeper beam which comprises a right profile and a left profile, the section of the right profile is three parallel square cavities, a welding support is arranged on the side, connected with the left profile, of the right profile, the welding support is a thickened protruding support which is thickened at the corners of the two ends of a vertical rib and extends outwards, a supporting face is arranged on the protruding support, and the right profile is provided with a U-shaped groove. The left section bar is used for lap joint when matched with the left section bar; the section of the left profile is two parallel square-shaped cavities, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the side, connected with the right profile, of the left profile extend outwards and are used for being in lap joint with the supporting face of the right profile to form a new cavity; a compact solid-phase welding seam is formed at the adjacent position of the right profile and the left profile in a friction stir welding mode for connection. The structure is simple, the number of overall weld joints is small, welding is easy, welding deformation is small, the size is stable, the aluminum profile stirring, rubbing and welding technology is adopted, weld joint defects are greatly reduced, and the advantages of being light in weight, good in rigidity, good in strength and good in structural stability are achieved.

    本发明提供一种轨道交通车辆C型市域车枕梁,包括右型材和左型材,右型材断面为三个并列的“口”字型型腔,与左型材连接侧设有焊接支撑托,焊接支撑托为在立筋两端转角处加厚并且向外侧伸出加厚突出支撑,突出支撑上设有支撑面,用于与左型材匹配时搭接;左型材断面为两个并列的“口”字型型腔,与右型材连接侧上、下表面向外侧伸出,用于搭接在右型材的支撑面上形成一个新的型腔;在右型材和左型材相邻处通过搅拌摩擦焊的焊接方式形成致密的固相焊缝进行连接。本发明结构简单,整体焊缝少,易于焊接,焊接变形小,尺寸比较稳定,采用铝型材搅拌磨擦焊技术,极大地减小了焊缝缺陷,具有轻量化、刚度好、强度好、结构稳定性好的特点。
