The invention relates to the technical field of braking, and provides an axle braking module, an electronic braking system, a braking control method and electronic equipment. The bridge brake module comprises a relay piston which divides a valve cavity into a control cavity and a brake cavity, the control cavity is connected with a control port, and the brake cavity is connected with an exhaust port; the first one-way valve is arranged in a first exhaust channel, leading to the exhaust port, of the brake cavity; the second one-way valve is arranged in a second exhaust channel, communicating with the control cavity and the brake cavity, of the relay piston; the exhaust control electromagnetic valve is connected with the control port; in the braking release state, gas in the braking cavity pushes the first one-way valve and the second one-way valve to conduct the first exhaust channel and the second exhaust channel correspondingly, and the exhaust control electromagnetic valve is conducted. The opening pressure of the second one-way valve is smaller than that of the first one-way valve. Through the first one-way valve, the waterproof function of the bridge brake module is achieved; through the second one-way valve and the exhaust control electromagnetic valve, the residual pressure in the valve cavity is exhausted in the brake release state.

    本发明涉及制动技术领域,提供桥制动模块、电子制动系统、制动控制方法和电子设备。桥制动模块包括:继动活塞,将阀腔分隔为控制腔和制动腔,控制腔连接有控制口,制动腔连接有排气口;第一单向阀,设置在制动腔通向排气口的第一排气通道中;第二单向阀,设置在继动活塞的连通控制腔和制动腔的第二排气通道中;排气控制电磁阀,连接控制口;制动解除状态下,制动腔中的气体分别推动第一单向阀和第二单向阀导通第一排气通道和第二排气通道,且排气控制电磁阀导通;其中,第二单向阀的打开压力小于第一单向阀的打开压力。本发明通过第一单向阀,实现桥制动模块的防水功能;通过第二单向阀和排气控制电磁阀,实现制动解除状态下排尽阀腔中的残压。
