The invention provides a motor controller, a power assembly and a vehicle, relates to the field of new energy vehicles, and can be applied to pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles. The motor controller comprises an inverter circuit and a control circuit, the inverter circuit comprises three switch tube bridge arms, the two ends of each switch tube bridge arm are used for receiving power supplied by the power battery, and the middle point of each switch tube bridge arm is used for being connected with one phase of winding in three phase windings of the motor. And the control circuit controls the inverter circuit to output the three-phase alternating current in response to the fact that the absolute value of the torque demand indicated by the torque signal is larger than or equal to the preset torque value. And in response to the rotating speed of the motor being smaller than the first rotating speed value or larger than the second rotating speed value and the absolute value of the torque demand indicated by the torque signal being smaller than the preset torque value, the control circuit controls the switching tubes in the inverter circuit to be switched off. The torque output effect conforming to the driving intention of a driver can be achieved under the condition of non-manual intervention, energy consumption of the motor is reduced, the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the endurance of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本申请提供了一种电机控制器、动力总成及车辆,涉及新能源汽车领域,可应用于纯电动车辆及混动车辆。电机控制器包括逆变电路和控制电路,逆变电路包括三个开关管桥臂,每个开关管桥臂的两端用于接收动力电池供电,每个开关管桥臂的中点用于连接电机的三相绕组中的一相绕组。响应于扭矩信号指示的扭矩需求的绝对值大于或等于预设扭矩值,控制电路控制逆变电路输出三相交流电。响应于电机的转速小于第一转速值或大于第二转速值、且扭矩信号指示的扭矩需求的绝对值小于预设扭矩值,控制电路控制逆变电路中的多个开关管关断。能够在非人工干预的情况下实现符合驾驶者驾驶意图的扭矩输出效果,减少电机的能量消耗,有助于降低整车能耗,提升整车续航。
