The invention relates to an online fault diagnosis method and device for a fuel cell of a new energy automobile. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring stack operation parameter data and stack performance parameter data in advance when a fuel cell stack is in normal operation; fitting the acquired stack operation parameter data and stack performance parameter data to obtain characteristic parameter values of the fuel cell stack; and obtaining real-time fuel cell parameter data of the to-be-diagnosed vehicle, and comparing the real-time fuel cell parameter data with the characteristic parameter value to obtain a fuel cell health state diagnosis result of the vehicle. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the overall health state of the fuel cell can be quickly and conveniently obtained; and the occurrence of fuel cell abnormity can be timely identified, and an effective strategy is output to suppress further degradation.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车的燃料电池在线故障诊断方法和装置,方法包括以下步骤:预先在燃料电池电堆正常运行时采集电堆运行参数数据和电堆性能参数数据;对采集的电堆运行参数数据和电堆性能参数数据进行拟合处理,得到燃料电池电堆的特征参数值;获取待诊断车辆的实时燃料电池参数数据,并与特征参数值对比,获取车辆的燃料电池健康状态诊断结果。与现有技术相比,本发明具有能够快速便捷地获取燃料电池整体健康状态;及时的识别燃料电池异常的发生,输出有效的策略来遏制进一步的劣化等优点。
