Wherein the driving assembly comprises a rotor shaft; the first-stage adjusting assembly comprises a first-stage mounting wheel and first-stage adjusting pieces, the first-stage mounting wheel and the rotor shaft are coaxially arranged and rotationally connected, and the first-stage mounting wheel is rotationally connected with the multiple first-stage adjusting pieces in the circumferential direction of the first-stage mounting wheel; the first-stage speed reduction assembly is a planetary gear train, a first-stage sun gear and a rotor shaft are coaxially fixed, first-stage planet gears and first-stage adjusting pieces are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode and fixed to the output ends of the first-stage adjusting pieces, and the first-stage adjusting pieces can drive the first-stage planet gears to reciprocate in the axial direction of the first-stage planet gears, so that the first-stage planet gears can be selectively in meshing transmission with the first-stage sun gear. And the output shaft is in transmission connection with the primary gear ring. Thus, the transmission ratio of the hub motor can be changed only by adjusting the number of the planet gears participating in transmission, the structural space is saved, and meanwhile the hub motor can output various rotating speeds according to the driving scene to be matched with the hub motor.

    本发明涉及车辆工程技术领域,提供了一种多级变速轮毂电机。其中,驱动组件包括转子轴;一级调节组件包括一级安装轮和一级调节件,一级安装轮与转子轴同轴设置且转动连接,一级安装轮沿其周向转动连接有多个一级调节件;一级减速组件为行星轮系,一级太阳轮与转子轴同轴固定,一级行星轮与一级调节件一一对应设置且与一级调节件的输出端固定,一级调节件能够驱动一级行星轮沿其轴向往复移动,使得一级行星轮能够选择性的与一级太阳轮啮合传动;输出轴与一级齿圈传动连接。如此,仅通过调节参与传动的行星轮的个数,即能够改变轮毂电机的传动比,节省了结构空间,同时使得轮毂电机能够根据驾驶场景输出多种转速与其适配。
