The invention provides a multi-intersection traffic signal control method based on a graph transformation network, and the method comprises the steps: S1, constructing a traffic network environment, and constructing a road network graph; s2, reading road network diagram information, establishing a vehicle state set, and obtaining original data observed at each intersection; s3, performing initialization coding on the original data to obtain current state information of the intersection; s4, inputting the current state information of the intersection into the graph transformation network layer, capturing the spatial correlation of the road network graph by using the graph transformation network layer, updating the state information of the intersection, and outputting the state information of the intersection; s5, the updated intersection state information is input into an optimized deep Q network in the deep reinforcement learning model, an optimal signal control strategy is determined, and a traffic signal control model is obtained; and S6, testing the trained traffic signal control model, and selecting an evaluation index to evaluate the performance of the traffic signal control model. According to the invention, adaptive control of intersection traffic signals is realized, and a dynamic traffic scene can be responded efficiently in real time.

    本发明提出了一种基于图变换网络的多路口交通信号控制方法,S1:构建交通路网环境,并构建道路网络图;S2:读取道路网络图信息,建立车辆状态集合,获取各个路口观测的原始数据;S3:对原始数据进行初始化编码,得到路口当前的状态信息;S4:将路口当前的状态信息输入图变换网络层中,利用图变换网络层捕捉道路网络图的空间相关性,更新路口状态信息并输出;S5:将更新后的路口状态信息输入到深度强化学习模型中优化的深度Q网络中,确定最优的信号控制策略,得到交通信号控制模型;S6:将训练完毕的交通信号控制模型进行测试,并选取评估指标评估交通信号控制模型的性能。本发明实现路口交通信号的自适应控制,能够实时高效响应动态交通场景。
