The invention discloses a steel belt elevator car frame structure which comprises an upper beam, a lower beam and two straight beams which form a square structure, the lower beam extends in the horizontal direction of the two sides to form a car bottom bracket, and the lower beam and the car bottom bracket are of an integrated steel structure. One straight beam comprises two separated straight beam single columns, the straight beam single columns are connected between the upper beam and the car bottom bracket, a guide rail is arranged in a gap space between the two separated straight beam single columns, and the guide rail is installed on the well wall; a steel belt wheel is arranged in the middle of the upper beam, an upper guide shoe is installed below the steel belt wheel and connected between the two separated straight beam single columns through an upper guide shoe support, and the upper guide shoe is arranged close to the guide rail. The novel steel belt elevator car frame structure has the beneficial effects that the novel steel belt elevator car frame structure is constructed through multiple measures such as integrated design of the lower beam and the car bottom bracket, separated arrangement of the straight beams and downward movement of the steel belt wheels and the upper guide shoes, the pit space, the top layer space and the well width are reduced, and the well space is further reduced.

    本发明公开了一种钢带电梯轿架结构,包括上梁、下梁、两个直梁形成方形结构,下梁向两侧水平方向延伸形成轿底托架,所述下梁和轿底托架为一体钢结构;一个直梁包括两根分开的直梁单柱,直梁单柱连接在上梁和轿底托架之间,两根分开的直梁单柱之间的空隙空间设置导轨,导轨安装在井道壁上;上梁中间设有钢带轮,上导靴安装在钢带轮下方,通过上导靴支架连接在两根分开的直梁单柱之间,上导靴靠近导轨布置。本发明的有益效果是:通过下梁与轿底托架一体设计,直梁分开布置,钢带轮和上导靴下移设置等多种措施,构建新的钢带电梯轿架结构,减小底坑空间、顶层空间、井道宽度,进一步减小井道空间。
