A data center and an anti-falling system are arranged in the elevator shaft; the well falling prevention system comprises two side plates and two winding parts. The winding part comprises an elastic winding shaft rotationally connected to the side plates, an outer pulling shaft connected to the side plates in a sliding mode and an anti-falling net. The two ends of the elastic reel are rotationally connected with chucks; a force sensor is arranged on the elastic reel; the force sensor is electrically connected with the data center. When the lift car is right opposite to the well mouth of the elevator shaft, the two outward pulling prevention shafts are located on the upper side and the lower side of the lift car. When the lift car is not right opposite to the well mouth of the elevator shaft, the anti-falling net seals the well mouth of the elevator shaft. The opening of the elevator shaft can be closed; the downward sliding of the lift car can be limited in the passenger getting-on and getting-off process of the lift car; articles can be prevented from falling into the bottommost end of the elevator shaft through gaps between the lift cars; the anti-falling net part is not controlled by an electronic system.
