The invention relates to a rapid evaluation method for a vehicle loading deck structure under a wheel mark load, and the method comprises the steps: setting the combination of different wheel mark lengths and widths on the basis of investigating the vehicle wheel mark size and the wheel mark load, so as to enable the combination to cover the existing vehicle wheel mark size; the method comprises the following steps: respectively calculating stresses of a deck plate and a longitudinal bone according to different wheel mark size combinations based on strength balance of a vehicle loading deck specification, finding out corresponding wheel mark loads when the stresses reach allowable stresses, and taking the wheel mark loads as maximum bearing loads of the deck plate and the longitudinal bone; the maximum bearing loads of a vehicle loading deck plate and a longitudinal frame under different wheel mark size combinations are given, the result is drawn into a chart, and the chart reflects the maximum bearing capacity of the vehicle loading deck of the ship; according to the wheel mark size of the novel vehicle or the temporary boarding vehicle, the maximum bearing load of the deck plate and the longitudinal under the same wheel mark size is obtained through interpolation, and the structural strength of the vehicle loading deck can be rapidly evaluated by comparing the maximum bearing load with the wheel mark load of the novel vehicle or the temporary boarding vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种轮印载荷下车辆装载甲板结构快速评估方法,在调查车辆轮印尺寸及轮印载荷的基础上,设定不同轮印长度和宽度的组合,使其能覆盖现有车辆轮印尺寸;基于车辆装载甲板规范的强度衡准,针对不同轮印尺寸组合,分别计算甲板板、纵骨的应力,找到其达到许用应力时所对应的轮印载荷,将其作为甲板板、纵骨的最大承载载荷;给出不同轮印尺寸组合下车辆装载甲板板、纵骨的最大承载载荷,将结果绘制成图表,该图表反应的是本船车辆装载甲板的最大承载能力;根据新型车辆或临时上船车辆的轮印尺寸,分别插值得到同样轮印尺寸下的甲板板、纵骨的最大承载载荷,与新型车辆或临时上船车辆的轮印载荷大小比较,即可快速评估车辆装载甲板结构强度。
