The invention provides a brake-by-wire system and a control method, and the system comprises an integrated electric signal sensing unit which is used for converting the collected physical quantity of the brake-by-wire system into a first electric signal, and transmitting the first electric signal to an electronic calculation unit; the electronic calculation unit is used for receiving the first electric signal transmitted by the integrated electric signal sensing unit, calculating the braking force required by the automobile through a preset built-in algorithm according to the first electric signal, and sending the calculated braking force to the braking force adjusting unit; and the braking force adjusting unit is used for receiving the braking force sent by the electronic calculation unit and adjusting the braking air pressure according to the braking force. Under the conditions of heavy braking and emergency braking, target deceleration can be automatically improved according to the intention of a driver to complete emergency braking, the braking distance is shortened, meanwhile, wheel locking under a high-speed low-attachment road surface is prevented, and the braking safety of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供了一种线控制动系统及控制方法,该系统包括:集成电信号感知单元,用于将采集的所述线控制动系统的物理量转换为第一电信号,将第一电信号传输给电子计算单元;所述电子计算单元,用于接收集成电信号感知单元传输的第一电信号,根据第一电信号通过预设的内置算法计算汽车所需制动力,将计算得到的制动力发送给所述制动力调节单元;所述制动力调节单元,用于接收电子计算单元发送的制动力,根据制动力调节制动气压。本发明在重踩刹车和紧急制动情况下,可以根据驾驶员意图自动提高目标减速来完成紧急制动,缩短制动距离,同时防止高速低附路面下的车轮抱死,提高整车制动安全性。
