The invention provides a pose control method and device for a vehicle-mounted back row screen, a vehicle-mounted system and a vehicle, and relates to the field of intelligent vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring riding position information of a passenger on a rear-row seat of a vehicle, and acquiring a seat stroke of the rear-row seat of the vehicle with the passenger according to the riding position information; when it is judged that a single person sits on the rear-row seats of the single-row vehicle according to the sitting position information, pose control parameters of a vehicle-mounted rear-row screen are determined according to the sitting position information and the seat stroke; and performing pose control on the vehicle-mounted back row screen according to the pose control parameters. When only one person sits on the rear-row seat of the vehicle, the posture of the vehicle-mounted rear-row screen is adjusted, so that the position and the angle of the vehicle-mounted rear-row screen are more suitable for passengers, and better travel experience is provided for the passengers.
