The invention discloses a thermal management method and device for a charging pile and the charging pile, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the thermal management of an LLC resonant converter of the charging pile in an inductive working region range in which the working frequency of the LLC resonant converter is higher than the resonant frequency of the LLC resonant converter, the working frequency of the LLC resonant converter is optimized by combining the conduction loss and switching loss characteristics of the LLC resonant converter to find the working frequency which enables the conduction loss and the switching loss of the LLC resonant converter to be the lowest, and the LLC resonant converter is controlled to operate at the working frequency in a frequency conversion and loss reduction mode so as to achieve active thermal control over the charging pile. The invention aims at reducing the operation loss of equipment, finding out the working frequency point which enables the conduction loss and the switching loss to be the lowest while the waveform quality of the output voltage meets the requirement, and reducing the operation loss of the equipment while ensuring high-quality and high-efficiency output.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩热管理方法、装置及充电桩,本发明充电桩热管理方法包括针对充电桩的LLC谐振变换器,在LLC谐振变换器的工作频率高于谐振频率的感性工作区域范围内,结合LLC谐振变换器的导通损耗与开关损耗特性对LLC谐振变换器的工作频率进行寻优找到使LLC谐振变换器的导通损耗和开关损耗最低的工作频率,控制LLC谐振变换器以该工作频率变频降损运行以实现对充电桩的主动热控制。本发明旨在降低设备运行损耗,在满足输出电压波形质量符合要求的同时,找到使导通损耗和开关损耗最低的工作频率点,保障高质量、高效率输出的同时,降低设备的运行损耗。
