The preparation method comprises the steps of designing a double-alloy disc forge piece and a forge piece prefabricated blank, preparing a near Ti2AlNb metal cladding transition area and a near (alpha + beta) Ti metal cladding transition area of the double-alloy disc, preparing a central metal cladding connection area of the double-alloy disc, forging the double-alloy disc and carrying out heat treatment on the double-alloy disc in sequence. The invention further provides the Ti2AlNb/(alpha + beta) Ti double-alloy disc. According to the preparation method, continuous gradient transition of components and structure properties of a metallurgical bonding area of the Ti2AlNb/(alpha + beta) Ti double-alloy disc can be achieved, thermal stress relaxation in the using process is facilitated, load and stress concentration caused by fault type connection is avoided, and the Ti2AlNb/(alpha + beta) Ti double-alloy disc can be used for preparing an aviation engine compressor disc and meets the cutting performance requirement and the weight reduction requirement.
