The invention discloses an intelligent traffic control monitoring system based on vehicle cloud fusion. The intelligent traffic control monitoring system comprises a vehicle-end monitoring terminal subsystem, a cloud-end monitoring subsystem and an execution subsystem, the vehicle end monitoring terminal subsystem is used for acquiring the traffic image data, acquiring the traffic rule information and the traffic monitoring algorithm output by the execution subsystem, judging whether the traffic image data violate traffic rule requirements or not, and outputting a vehicle end judgment result; the cloud monitoring subsystem is in communication connection with the vehicle-end monitoring terminal subsystem and is used for acquiring a vehicle-end judgment result, acquiring a verification result of manual verification according to the vehicle-end judgment result and generating a control execution instruction according to the verification result; the execution subsystem is in communication connection with the vehicle-end monitoring terminal subsystem and the cloud-end monitoring subsystem, and is used for obtaining a control execution instruction and executing different traffic data processing strategies; fusion control management can be carried out on a vehicle end, a cloud end and an execution platform, and comprehensive, timely and accurate supervision processing can be carried out on intelligent traffic accidents.

    本发明公开了一种车云融合的智能化交通治理监控系统,包括:车端监控终端子系统、云端监控子系统及执行子系统;车端监控终端子系统用于获取交通影像数据,获取执行子系统输出的交通规则信息及交通监控算法,并判断交通影像数据是否违反交通规则要求、输出车端判断结果;云端监控子系统与车端监控终端子系统通信连接,用于获取车端判断结果,获取人工根据车端判断结果进行验证的验证结果,并根据验证结果生成控制执行指令;执行子系统与所述车端监控终端子系统及所述云端监控子系统通信连接,用于获取控制执行指令、并执行不同的交通数据处理策略;能对车端、云端及执行平台进行融合控制管理,同时对智慧交通事故进行全面、及时、准确监管处理。
