The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a tubular wire, and the method comprises the following steps: S110, arranging a tubular conductor layer which is constructed into at least one conductor braided layer formed by braiding a plurality of conductor wires; s120, simultaneously extruding an inner insulating layer and an outer insulating layer on the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall of the conductor braid layer, and respectively contacting the outer periphery of the conductor braid layer and the inner periphery of the conductor braid layer when the material of the inner insulating layer and the material of the outer insulating layer are in a molten state, and the conductor braid layer is embedded and connected between the inner insulating layer and the outer insulating layer. According to the manufacturing method of the tubular wire, the conductor layer can be embedded between the inner insulating layer and the outer insulating layer, so that the conductor layer, the inner insulating layer and the outer insulating layer form an integral structure, the strength of the tubular wire is enhanced, and the service life of the tubular wire is prolonged.
