The invention, which relates to the technical field of road traffic, discloses a human-factor-interaction-based intelligent safe travel guidance system comprising an offline system used for providing intelligent positioning and navigation service for a user and planning a most appropriate route for the user by collecting pedestrian trampling information, and a human-factor-interaction-based intelligent safe travel guidance system used for providing a human-factor-interaction-based intelligent safe travel guidance system for the user by collecting pedestrian trampling information and planning a human-factor-interaction-based intelligent safe travel guidance system for the user. The online system is used for counting travel data and providing travel reference and support; the offline system comprises an instruction receiving module which is used for obtaining a user line demand instruction and outputting the instruction to an intelligent guiding module; compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the invention are that the system is used for helping people having difficulty in moving to go out safely in combination with a plurality of sensory perceptible modes such as hearing (sound), touch (vibration) and vision (color), so that the people having difficulty in moving can go out independently and fully participate in urban life; the urban travel system is more convenient, more humanized and more intelligent to construct.
