The invention discloses a lifting and positioning mechanism for a heavy-load lithium battery tray. The lifting and positioning mechanism comprises a mechanism frame, the tray supporting plate is horizontally arranged between the top frame and the bottom frame and slidably connected with the guide shafts, and the tray supporting plate is connected with the driving mechanism; a plurality of tray guiding and positioning mechanisms are arranged on the bottom frame at intervals and comprise supporting fixing plates, supporting stand columns and first positioning guiding blocks, the supporting stand columns are vertically installed on the bottom frame and penetrate through the tray supporting plates, and the first positioning guiding blocks are installed at the top ends of the supporting stand columns; the tray supporting plate is provided with two sets of second positioning guide blocks and two positioning air cylinders, and the second positioning guide blocks are arranged at the two opposite corners of the tray supporting plate correspondingly. The positioning air cylinders are arranged at the other two opposite corners of the tray supporting plate correspondingly, and third positioning guide blocks are assembled at the telescopic ends of the positioning air cylinders. The invention further discloses a tray three-step positioning method. The method has the beneficial effects that positioning is accurate; under the condition of fire or power failure, the tray can descend by self weight; and heat dissipation is good.

    本发明公开了一种重载荷锂电池托盘的举升定位机构,包括机构框架;托盘支撑板水平地设置在顶框与底框之间,并可滑动地与导向轴相连接,托盘支撑板连接驱动机构;底框上间隔地设置数套托盘导向定位机构,包括支撑固定板、支撑立柱和第一定位导向块,支撑立柱竖向安装在底框上,支撑立柱贯穿托盘支撑板,顶端安装第一定位导向块;托盘支撑板上设有两组第二定位导向块、两个定位气缸,第二定位导向块分别设置在托盘支撑板两个相对角部;定位气缸分别设置在托盘支撑板的另两个相对角部,且定位气缸的伸缩端部配装第三定位导向块;本发明还公开了一种托盘三步定位方法。本发明的有益效果是:定位精准;在着火或断电情况下,托盘可自重下降;散热良好。
