The invention discloses an elevator encoder fault rapid identification method which comprises the following steps: in a closed-loop vector control (FVC) period, adding encoder fault judgment logic; the method is based on the following condition combination: a condition A flux linkage position error calculation module is used for calculating an error between a flux linkage position angle sampled and calculated by an encoder and a flux linkage position angle estimated by a flux linkage observer, and is triggered when the error exceeds a set threshold value Value1; the condition B speed change rate calculation module is triggered after the descending change rate of the absolute value of the motor rotating speed calculated according to the encoder position angle exceeds a set threshold value Value2; the condition C current change rate calculation module is triggered after the rising change rate of the amplitude of the comprehensive vector value of the three-phase current of the motor exceeds a set threshold value Value3; and if the different condition combinations are still kept in the trigger state after confirmation time, it is judged that the encoder breaks down, motor control is switched to SVC control from FVC online, and the accident that people are shut down in the elevator when the elevator breaks down is avoided.
本发明公开了一种电梯编码器故障快速识别方法,在闭环矢量控制FVC期间,增加编码器故障判断逻辑;基于下述条件组合:条件A磁链位置误差计算模块,为编码器采样计算的磁链位置角度与磁链观测器估计的磁链位置角度之间的误差,当误差超过设定阈值Value1后触发;条件B速度变化率计算模块,由编码器位置角度计算出的电机转速,绝对值的下降变化率超过设定阈值Value2后触发;条件C电流变化率计算模块,电机三相电流的综合矢量值的幅值的上升变化率超过设定阈值Value3后触发;对不同的条件组合经过确认时间后仍然保持触发状态,则判断为编码器故障,将电机的控制由FVC在线切换至SVC控制,避免故障时电梯关人事故。
