Longitudinal compression force, tensile force and traction force of a bogie can be distributed to the webs in a grading mode through the vertical plates, longitudinal loads are decomposed and transmitted to the edge beams on the two sides through the webs, the bearing requirements of a vehicle for longitudinal compression and tensile high loads are met, and therefore the performance of bearing resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and the like of an underframe assembly is improved.

    本发明提供了一种轨道车辆底架总成及轨道车辆,属于轨道车辆技术领域,包括两根边梁和两组枕梁,两组枕梁位于两根边梁之间,且沿车身前后方向间隔分布;每组枕梁均包括多个沿车身前后方向间隔分布的腹板和多个沿车身左右方向间隔分布的立板;每个腹板均沿车身左右方向延伸设置,且每个腹板的两端分别延伸至与两根边梁的内侧面相接;每个立板均沿车身前后方向延伸设置,且每个立板置于多个腹板之间。本发明可通过多个立板将纵向压缩力、拉伸力及转向架牵引力分级分流至多个腹板,并通过多个腹板将纵向载荷分解传递至两侧边梁,以满足车辆纵向压缩、拉伸高载荷的承载需求,从而提升底架总成的抗承载、抗冲击、抗疲劳等性能。
