The method comprises the steps that motion state parameters of a vehicle at the first moment are obtained, the motion state parameters comprise the running speed, the transverse acceleration, the longitudinal acceleration and the yaw velocity of the vehicle, and the wheel force of the vehicle at the first moment is determined according to the final slip angle value of the vehicle at the second moment and the motion state parameters of the vehicle at the first moment, the second moment is a moment before a sampling step length of the first moment, the wheel force comprises a front axle transverse force, a rear axle transverse force, a front axle longitudinal force and a rear axle longitudinal force of the vehicle, and the final value of the slip angle of the vehicle at the first moment is determined according to the wheel force of the vehicle at the first moment. According to the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of vehicle body slip angle measurement can be improved.
