The invention provides a diagnosis method and device for a hydraulic retarder and a hydraulic retarder system. The diagnosis method comprises the steps that the temperature of cooling liquid in a circulating pipeline of the hydraulic retarder is obtained; whether the temperature of the cooling liquid is larger than a set temperature risk threshold value or not is judged; and if the light transmittance amplitude is greater than the temperature risk threshold, judging whether the air resistance risk exists in the circulation pipeline or not according to the light transmittance amplitude at the highest position of the gravity direction of the circulation pipeline. After the temperature of the cooling liquid of the circulating pipeline in the hydraulic retarder is obtained to be higher than the temperature risk threshold value, it can be known that the current hydraulic retarder has a certain operation risk, and at the moment, whether bubbles exist in the cooling liquid in the pipeline at the highest position of the gravity direction is effectively judged by obtaining the light transmittance amplitude of the circulating pipeline at the highest position of the gravity direction; particularly, when bubbles exist, the light transmittance amplitude is made to deviate from the standard value, then whether the circulation pipeline faces the air resistance risk or not can be judged conveniently and rapidly, and the risk checking efficiency of the hydraulic retarder is effectively improved.
本发明提供一种液力缓速器的诊断方法、装置及液力缓速器系统,其包括:获取液力缓速器循环管路内的冷却液温度;判断所述冷却液温度是否大于设定的温度风险阈值;若大于所述温度风险阈值,根据所述循环管路重力方向最高处的透光率幅值,判断所述循环管路内是否面临气阻风险。通过在获取到液力缓速器内循环管路的冷却液温度大于温度风险阈值后,即可获知当前液力缓速器存在一定的运行风险,此时将通过获取循环管路在重力方向最高处的透光率幅值实现有效判断该处管路内的冷却液中是否存在气泡,具体为当存在气泡时将会使得透光率幅值偏离标准值,进而即可方便快捷的对循环管路是否面临气阻风险进行判断,有效提高液力缓速器的风险排查效率。
