According to the technical scheme, the equalization method and system for the lithium iron phosphate battery comprise the following steps that a single battery with the voltage exceeding an equalization judgment voltage value at any moment in the charging process of a battery system with the minimum trickle value is obtained and serves as a single battery to be equalized; acquiring the charged electric quantity of each string of to-be-balanced single battery voltage in a time period from the moment when the to-be-balanced single battery voltage reaches the balance judgment voltage value to the charging end moment of the battery system, and recording the electric quantity as the corresponding charged electric quantity of each string of to-be-balanced single battery; judging whether the single batteries need to be equalized or not and the number of the single batteries needing to be equalized according to the available amounts of all the single batteries in the lithium iron phosphate battery; and selecting part or all of the to-be-equalized single batteries to execute equalization operation, wherein the capacity value required to be equalized is determined according to the difference value of the charged electric quantity of the equalized single batteries. The equalization electric quantity and the equalization time of the battery needing equalization can be accurately calculated.

    本发明采用的技术方案是:一种磷酸铁锂电池的均衡方法及系统,包括以下步骤:获取在电池系统以最小的涓流值进行充电过程中任一时刻电压超过均衡判定电压值的单体电池,作为待均衡的单体电池;获取每串待均衡的单体电池电压在到达均衡判定电压值的时刻至电池系统充电结束时刻的时间段内充入的电量,并记为各串待均衡的单体电池相应的充入电量;根据磷酸铁锂电池内所有单体电池的可用量值判断是否需要对单体电池执行均衡以及需要均衡的单体电池数量;选取部分或者全部的待均衡的单体电池执行均衡操作,所需均衡的容量值根据被均衡单体电池的充入电量的差值确定。本发明可以精确计算需要均衡电池的均衡电量和均衡时间。
