A compensation swing arm mobile contact network and an operation method, the mobile contact network comprises a plurality of support structures (3) and a stress body (1), the stress body (1) is driven to move relative to the support structures (3), and the stress body (1) directly or indirectly drives more than one support structure (3) to rotate in the moving process. The mobile contact net can eliminate the influence of construction errors and expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold and prevent the supporting structure from not rotating in place.
